Our culinary approach is underscored by a mission to preserve Earth’s most nourishing resources through local, responsible sourcing whenever possible. We believe impeccable ingredients, handled with care, nourish the spirit as well as the body. Under the direction of our Executive Chef Daniel Capra, our culinary team continues to devote attention to creating dishes that exude warmth and personality to spark a memory and satisfy even the most discerning palettes. We prioritize peak-seasonality and sustainable practices, and our commitment to quality extends us to trying new, local purveyors to ensure we are always serving the best of the best. 

Our exclusive beverage program is spearheaded by our in-house sommelier and Beverage Director, Lauri Thompson. Our skilled bartenders are masters of their craft, harmonizing classic cocktails with contemporary flavors. Our wine selections reflect a variety of organic, bio-dynamic, and sustainably produced wines from high-quality grapes that express the terroir of their origin, from vintners who promote practices benefiting the environment.
